Routine for a field in BI 7.0

Hi Friends

I have the following requirement.

I have a field coming form CRM with char 2 For Ex : 02

I need to puch that value into 0Calqurter1 which Numc1

I need to populate just 2 the second digit in 0calquarter.Where should i write the routine.

How should i write that the routine.

Please help me.
