I would like to find out if there is standard SAP functionality which links the Customer site information with SD or IS-OIL TD.
In a nutshell, our Business users have expressed the need for the following scenario:
We deliver product to our customers via Bulk Truck
We use IS-OIL TD for this ie Bulk Shipments
We drop product into the customers tanks onsite
We post a Delivery confirm which issues the product to the customer
The customer has 3 tanks onsite (as an example)
New requirement - now we need to record in the Delivery confirm into which customer tanks we have delivered product (from which compartment on our TD vehicle).
Is there a link between SD/TD and the customer tank information?
