ISSF Profile is null

Hi,

We are using PO 7.5. There are 2 issues.

1. I am getting the ISSF profile is null error while calling https URL in REST adapter with REST Polling as message protocol as PO need to poll for the data using GET method.

Customer is using Self signed certificate and the same is shared with our BASIS team. Basis has deployed it in our PO development server under TrustedCAs in NWA -> .

I have copied Public key fingerprint from NWA and entered the same in Keystore View and Keystore Entry in Communication Channel. After this I see ISSF Profile is null.

Why is this error and what is missing? Who should look into it this error?

2. During Ping Channel, server is reachable but I see Testing HTTP HEAD... socketFactory is null and Testing HTTP OPTIONS... socketFactory is null.

CC configuration, in HTTP headers I have entered action, API key and update (I have entered values from the URL provided for these header names)

What is missing in configuration?

If anyone experienced these issue and resolved them then please assist me too to resolve.

I am experiencing the same problem. Someone told me to check the firewall, but it isn't successful yet.

Hi Naushad - Were you able to resolve the issue. I am too facing same problem with Rest https receiver adapter.
