You must pursue seriously CRM Middleware - BDoc

Transaction - SBDM, SE11 for extending

Hi,

If you are going to use SAP XI then you can use IDoc adapter at R/3 end and proxies at the CRM end if there are standard Integration package already provided.

SAP R/3 IDoc adapter-SAP XI -ProxiesSAP CRM.

As VIjaya has suggested, you can use aproxy at CRM end coz. SAP has provided a lot of pre-defined interfaces,proxies and function modules in that. It is always good to use standard objects. You can also edit them to suit your requirements...
