Repeat last delta fetched 0 records

Hi,

A repeat of last delta fetched zero records.

Earlier there was a delta failure which had more than 1000 records. Its a master data.

I checked RSA7 deltaqueue to be empty.

Can any one guide me the procedure that i need to follow.

I know doing a full solves the problem. But i do want to know the reason and corective procedure other than that.
