RFC connection problem........

HI,

I am using the transaction BD54 to create new logical systems. I am try to saving the new entry of logical system. one new window popup ask to save as a change request.i entered the fields in the change request click ok in that. i got the error like this "<b>SM_SOLCLNT100_BACK to solution manager failed"</b> .

After this error came i created a RFC connection to this "SM_SOLCLNT100_BACK" but still i have the same problem. if u want screen shot i will send to u.

please help me out this......
