How can i retrieve the dynamic values of the fields of the structure?

Hi,

I am modifying a standard report YRMPROG01 according to business criteria.There I need to fetch ROP and SS as last changed value , current value , and dynamic value of those fields. Dynamic values have to be picked from MAPRO structure.I am not getting the logic how can i collect the dynamic values from MAPRO structure.I have material , plant, objectid (MDPOS) fields to fetch unique record.

it is not a standard report. can you elaborate the problem .
