SOAP response parsing error

Hi Experts,

We have a synchronous scenario: Proxy - PI - SOAP. Some times due to wrong data in request message the web service is sending error response which contains Spanish characters and it is failing with below error in Moni:

SOAP: Response message contains an errorXIAdapter/PARSING/ADAPTER.SOAP_EXCEPTION - soap fault: unknown. Setting message to status failed

When we tested this in SOAP UI , I could see the Spanish characters in response which could be the reason for this error.

But when we tested in D and Q system, it worked fine with special characters and message processed successfully. So far this is happening in Production only.

Could you please help me how to resolve this error?
