GRC PC 10: Unable to find AOD task

Hi All,

I am facing an issue in finding AOD task in the system. Plan has been successfully launched, but I am not able to find the recipient of the survey. When checked in Aggregation of Deficiency status report, AOD status is 'draft'.

Also, I could not find any Case key for AOD in SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR.

Is there any way to track the workflow of an AOD task?

Hi,

I am not completely sure about the GRC workflow log tables, however, you can try to check with the standard workflow trasnactions like SWI1 / SWIA.

Hello Abhisek,

Have you defined business events (0PC_PERF_AOD) along with the relevant roles and assigned to users

If you are performing botton-up approach,define org level role and for top level which is one step process , a corporate level role is to be defined.

To answer your question, business event (0PC_PERF_AOD) has been set up with relevant roles and assigned to user. There is no issue with determining the agents.

When I launched an AOD plan, the report did not have any line items, as seen in the screen shot above. So I wanted to see if any user has received the task.

Using SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR table we can track the case GUID and therefore the work item of issues, assessments, remediation plans etc. However, case GUID related to AOD task will not be stored in this table.

So I wanted to know the following information:

1. Which table contains the case GUID information for AOD task so that we can track the workflow from back end?

2. Why AOD task in this case does not have any line items?

I assume that the task is not received by any user because the AOD report does not have any deficiencies/issues reported for an organization.

Please provide your inputs on this matter.
