Problem open some iViwes with Anonymous access

Hello!

We have finished the upgrade of our SAP Enterprise Portal from NetWeaver 04 to Netweaver 2004s and then We have installed SP's level 9.

Problem:

- with user 'anonymous', some WebDynpro IViews d'ont work

Message error:

"Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : pcd:portal_content/jsc.Jsc/jsc.Internet/jsc.jsc_internet/jsc.onde_estamos/jsc.onde_estamos/jsc.ondeestamos

Component Name : com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.WebDynpro

Exception in SAP Application Integrator occured: ApplicationIntegratorException.

Exception id: 06:07_18/10/06_0029_3117550

See the details for the exception ID in the log file"

With any other users, those IViews work fine.

I think the problem is the same as described in note 913367, but this one, only apply to SAP NetWeaver 2004s SP Stack 6, I have SP stack 9.

Any suggestion?

Dear Sarang,

Yes I have solved the problem.

Solution:

- in the System Administration of your Portal, create a new System pointing to the J2EE where the the Application Portal is deployed;

- the system must have a alias;

- in the iView System property, enter the new system you have created;

- in the User Administration, you must mapping the user 'Guest' wich is used in the anonymous access, to a generic user with previlegies in your iView.
