BOXI R4 cluster issue

Hi,

We have two servers on BOXI cluster and we are facing an issue with Server2.

When the application runs a set of reports on the cluster, the Server1 processes the reports successfully but all the reports running on Server2 failing with an error message Failed to load database information.

ENVIRONMENT:..

BO Server

64 bit

Oracle client 11.1.0-x86-64bit

BOE 4.2 SP2

Reporting Database Server (DB server)

64 bit

Oracle 12c

ENV Variables:

ORACLE_SID=DBOXI

ORACLE_BASE=/nas/apps/util/oracle

You need to install the 32 and 64 bit Oracle Clients on both BOE Servers
