There are hundreds of ways in which journal entries can be managed. The workflow will need to support your business requirements, we can't help you with that. If you can be more specific with your question we could try to assist. What are you trying to achieve?

Are you asking for MOA approver workflow? Like in how FI docs are approved with the workflow? Sorry its a vague question.

Well the basic way to look at it is. You have a MOA Group table, and an MOA Approver table. The person who enters the document should be listed in the Group table, that determines through the workflow the agent that is the approver by querying the approver table and looking at the same group as the person who entered it. This determines the users that can approve the document. There is also an escalation variable in the approver table that acts as an hierarchy for approval. I use this if all the people who can approve in a set group are unavailable for some reason, I can go up the hierarchy for approval.
