ST03N RFC problems -No data available

I am unable to view response time statics from ST03N in solution manager 4.0 on 2003 windows server .When I run this transaction , I am getting the following problem

"RFC problems-No data available"

the performace assistant asks to check RFC's in SM59,but RFC'S are OK.

Once somedays back when the system was restarted , the problem didn't occured for that day, but from next day it was the same.

Could someone please tell me what's wrong with this.

    What about the standard jobs? Is the job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR scheduled and running (SM37)? Did you had a look into the protocol of the performance collector (st03 -> change to expert-view -> Collector & Performance Monitor -> Perf. Monitor-Collector -> Protocol)?
