How to Transport from a production system to a quality

Hello,

I have some problems.

I have configurated our STMS that the transports will goes from Q --> P. Ok. But how I can put Transport from P --> Q without changing the STMS transport ways.

The transport would create in production system as a "local trnasport" so no date and cofile would be create.

How can export a local transport or create a data/cofile for transport.
