Hi Felix,
Please check if your Business user is assigned to OData Service Explorer under Administrator in Application and User Management work center.
If your User assigned to the same then please check if the Business User also has Read/Write access to the same.

I see a New button under WoC Administrator -> OData Service Explorer. Seems different like yours.
