Extend Service Contract

Hi,

We are using CRM 5.0 for the service processes.

Our contracts need to extend every month or every year.

Any suggestions on how we have to set up this scenario?

Tx

    Hi Kishi,

This is what I am thinking.

You can set workflow which checking the contract validity

every day. then extend it according to your business requirement for automatic extend.

Alternatively, you can set Action (this more easier

compare to build a workflow). Set Action schedule and start condition to check contact validity. This action will extend the Contract Validity

Or you also can write program which run in background to

check all contract document need to be extended.

Solution may vary, depends on your detail scenario.

    Hope this helps.

    Gun.
