If you have .ear file you can directly goto
System Administrator ->support->Portal Runtime ->AdministratorConsole and upload your file.

Who told you that EAR that contains binaries to be executed on application server has sources of these binaries?

In fact, In WebDynpro category(EP Portal), I would like to use sample_sources,which is deployed in SAP.COM folder.
however these files are ear file format.
Can I use these sources??
