Restrict Workcenter tabs for IT Service Management

Hello Expert,

I have configured Incident Management. I need to restrict below Workcenter tabs for enduser. Enduser wont be able to see those tabs.

I had tried to inActive workcenter using ZSOLMANPRO business roles.

But then these are not visible for Admin Users as well.

I need to restrict it only for End User. Please help me.
