Automated Support team determination when status change

Dear Experts,

I have configured Incident management successfully.I have created organizational model.

Here i have some requirement. I have created L1 L2 L3 team.

Example : I have created L1 SolMan Team, L2 SolMan Team, L3 Solman Team. As per requirement support team should be assigned to L1 SolMan Team. I have done it through BRF+ and it worked successfully.

Now. I have a different requirement. Whenever status changes from In Process to Forwarded, support team automatically assigned to L2 SolMan Team.

do you have any idea how we can assigned L1 to L2 support team automatically while changing status to Forwarded from In Process.
