Need to access open/ workitems of old user (no longer active)

Hi!

I have a case in a Production system.

There are some workitems open or with a User, who is no longer valid.(access is revoked).

Now can we would like to subsititute the user by another Active user, even for all the open workitems.

Please guide me on the approach to be taken.

Hi Samuel,

you can use two transactions:

- SWI2_ADM1 - workitem without agents

- SWI2_ADM2 - deleted users

Or SWI5 US with x workitem to be processed (without date).

You can use swi2_adm1 to check for workitems without agent

In this TR you can forward the item to your choice of agent (position/org. unit, user)

The option you have to use is Shift F12.

sorry for the late reply.

the trxn SWI2_ADM1 is helpful, but I am unable to find the option to forward the workitem, Shift F12!

Please guide me on this regard,

hi,

You simply execute this transaction.

Then you select a row , then click on SHIFt F12 (or the 3d icon right of the refresh button, it's a picture of a man with an envelope)

Then you can either type in a user, or you click on F6, 3 middle button to select the organizational element you want to send it to.

I checked the tran SWI2_ADM1, selected the row, but there i dont find the icon or no result when i press ShiftF12.

does it relate to missing authorisation for me?

please advice what profile is required, as I need to fwd some workitems soon.
