How to troubleshoot printing problems in BW ? What are the handy tools available ? What are the steps to reinstall printer

SP02>Utilities>Restart frontend printing..

Select the spool request..and press CtrlShift0..you see the Status..of spool request with what is the last event..

To know more about the event press F5 once you are on that screen.. It gives a detailed info on the events that are triggered..
