Mismatch in data after clientcopy

Hi,

We recently did a local client copy in our quality system.

In that the SAP queries that were created in source system was not matching with that in the target system after the client copy.

The local copy was a successfull one and the profile we used was also SAP_ALL. Then, why should this happen.

Please suggest me what could be the problem and solution.
