Can java components for erp 2004 be installed on EP

Can java components for ERP 2004 SR1 be installed on a standalone j2ee engine, like EP, or they have to be installed on j2ee add-in for ECC 5.0? we got conflict information on this.

Hi Jane,

Yes it is possible in most cases. Installation on standalone installations of SAP NetWeaver are possible.

The mySAP ERP 2004 master planning guide will have information on any dependencies (like if you install xSS business packages on your SAP NetWeaver Portal, they will be a direct 1:1 dependency between the mySAP ERP SP-Stack and the business package SP Stack).
