Import CAF / GP Content

I am trying to follow the tutorial:

"Create Master Data Centerally Using Guided Procedures".

In page 24- Step 7: Import CAF/GP Content - I tried to down load the following files from the site that gave in the Appendix: http://mdmhowtoguige.filetap.com

HTGWD and HTGGP and a pop-up window comes up stating:

Error - download expired

Sorry, the file you want to download, is already deleted or the id is incorrect.

How can I download these files?
