Payroll relevant Infotypes

I am running an HR extract out of SAP and using the Payroll control record to lock the master data.

This only seems to lock infotypes such as IT0008 and IT0015 and not IT0001 and IT0006 as I would have expected.

Any ideas? Can I change the infotype settings or the control record so that I can chose which are the Payroll relevant infotypes?

Hi Dannyboy,

over SM30 with view V_T582A you can display Infotypes

In detail screen the field 'Retr.acct.p' is the trigger if an infotype is relevant for payroll or not.

wht i understand is you want to lock infotypes for updates when u r taking SAP extract..if i m not wrong..?

I guess you can do so using fast entry PA70 lock/unlock function..
