It there a table where is related de base unit of measure and its languages??,

if you want the units of measure its from t006 table where as if u wnt to maintain new units. do it from SPRO

SPRO - > SAP NETWEAVER - > General Settings - > Check Unit of Measures

or directly go to tcode CUNI.
