how to apply oss patch urgent

Description of Problem

Custom packs' costing at Hamburg, Proligo appears to be inconsistent. Attachment shows Cost analysis for:

Process Order 300122144 which indicates that the manufacturing variance is being calculated based upon the moving price of the product.

Process Order 300125105 Manufacturing Variance based on Standard Price.

I have been unable to locate an example wwhere the variance is calculated based on the Planned price for the Process Order, which I thought was the correct method for Custom Products.

please suggest how to apply OSS patch for this problem
