Material Quantity Calculation

Hi Experts,

We have a following scenario to map in SAP. Please provide your valuable suggestion

Material Header FG - 100 kg and its input Material RM - 100 kg

Material calculation for input material RM = Assay / 100 + LoD /100 = API Qty.

So my question is one material potency is linked two MIC but how we can define it in standard MQC Bom. Please suggest how I should define the formula.
