Error in LSMW

I got an error while converting data in LSMW as

'For type "C" , a maximum length specification of 65535 is allowed'.

Can any one aware of this error, plz let me know the solution.

    You should try to check the structure you are converting, during serialization the one of the fields should be longer than that.

      Hi Gabriel,

      Thanks for your reply.

      What have I done is, first I created one LSMW with recording in client 200, at that time it works very fine.

      After that I exported the above LSMW object into one legacy file (i.e, text file).I imported this file in client 300.Here I got the entire structure and recording structures.Here I am getting the problem when I click the conver data radio button.I used the same input file (which is ued in 200).

      I have done one thing for this.I deleted the recording in 300 and again creted new recording (same as in 200),now it is working fine.But still I am not getting why this problem has occured.

      Hope you can understand my problem clearly now.Pl help me for this.
