NW2004SSR1 upgrade complaining about Kernel DVD

Hello all

While I am upgrading NW2004-SP17 to NW2004S-SR1 on HP-UX-ORACLE-64 bit platform, the upgrade utility is not accepting the Kernel DVD and throwing the error message:

"The configured CD ID AKK and CD Description SAP Kernel 700 has not been mounted".

We are using Unicode Kernel CD 51031791_10, and the LABEL.ASC file says:

SAP:AKK:700:DVD_KERNEL:SAP Kernel 700:D51031791

However, the second DVD for J2EE components has been accepted. We have copied the media to the network filesystem but not directly reading from the DVDs.

Has anyone faced the same problem? Any resolution found?
