T.code TBEX generates error 'T2 503 Refresh Incomplete' After EHP7

Hi Experts,

Before implementation of EHP TBEX was worked well. After EHP7 when try to Import Market data(F5) after Uploading Currency Exchange Rate in xls file it shows message 'T2 503 Refresh Incomplete' . How to overcome this issue,is there any particular note needs to be implemented?
