Can anyone tell me how I change the look and feel of the export templates to PDF and Excel. I want to change the color, font, etc?

Thanks

Hi Michael,

Pls try this:

<u><i><b>Print Dialog Options 1</b></i></u>

In the print dialog screen, various options for formatting the output can be set.

Layout options:

Fit the output to the page width and continue on subsequent pages if necessary.

Fit the output to one page.

Fit the output over several pages in a poster format. This allows the output pages to be reassembled in a larger format.

Margin options:

Top, bottom, left and right margins can be set in various units of measure.

<i><u><b>Print Dialog Options 2</b></u></i>

Depending on the color capabilities of the output device, a colored or grayscale theme can be chosen.

The output page size and page orientation can be specified.

Up to three components of both the footer and header (left, center and right) can be specified on the fly.

When all print options have been selected, the PDF file is ready to be generated.

Thank you for the response.

Sorry, I wasnt very specific in my question, but what I am looking for is how to customize the templates that are out put to the various objects like excel and pdf. Right now for Excel, it just defaults to the colored template and with PDF you have a choice between the color and black and white. How do I customize those templates with my organizations colors / logos and fonts, etc.

Thanks Again.

I believe these colors are are based on portal themes. You have to define portal themes and use those themes for your export. I haven't tested this yet. It's on my todo list so after I work with it more, I'll let you know.
