Convert SAPoffice links to ArchiveLink links

Hello Experts,

I am looking for a way to convert SAPoffice documents to ArchiveLink documents.

I have many documents stored in the 'SOFFHTTP' category and they are written to an HTTP Content Server connected to the SAP R/3 server.

Basically what I need is for the links to these documents be created in the TOA0X (1,2,3) tables. Essentially if this is done right then I should be able to list and retrieve these documents via OAAD.

Given that the ArchiveLink link tables store minimal information about the document I don't mind if some of meta-data attributes of the link (such as the file name and author/creator) are lost.

Hi Experts,

Looks like I was looking for OSS note 38936 - 'Relocation of documents'.

This note covers the relocation of SAPoffice documents to ArchiveLink documents.

Hi Vik,

I am also using the relocation report for moving the data to external content srver.

I created a new category SAPHTTP and assigned an external content repository to the new category. I then ran the relocation repoprt. But still, the documents are not moved. What could be the possible problem? Please share with me if you have any information regarding this.
