IDOC to File

I want to determine the size of each Idoc so I just want to gerate CSV file out of Idoc quickly.

WE21 is for Port Definition right?. Its not taking any value I give? What should I give there?

In WE20 What is Paqertner Type and Partner Number I should enter? I will be writing this file on the file system ( AL11)

Hi,

WE21 file port definition will have function module option there you can give standard function module (which is recommended by SAP for generating file path,e.g.EDI_PATH_CREATE_CLIENT_DOCNUM) or you can give custom functino written by you.In that function you can write code for checking file size.
