Change menupoints at online-editor for HTML-Documents

Hallo,

we created a new html-file under a KM-Folder. After this we go to the context-menu for this new file and the details-window opens. Now we start the menu actions and the menu-item edit online. After this we can see the online editor.

Our problems now:

1. What is the name of the layout set, so that we can change the items. The command edit_online at details window links only to a java-file.

2. After starting the editor-menu-items "import image from KM" and "Import link from KM" we see the icons favorites, personal documents, .. public documents, ..

We don't want to see these icons. So we have to change the layoutset at the uicommand. But which command is it? How can we change it?
