Import of objects from other SWCV

Hi all,

I am currently facing a problem, where i am not able to select objects from other SWCV in my BPM. This problem has already been discussed in the forum about adding usage dependencies. I followed that, but still no luck.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated

Have you created the Usage dependency in SLD??? Ensure this is done properly. Then do a cache refresh and import the SWCV again into IR. Can you see the basis components node in IR? Where are you finding the problem??

Hi,

I did the usage dependencies in SLd. Re-imported my SWCV1, i see basis objects and underneath it i see a namespace from other SWCV2 that i am using from. Now should i re-create my abtract msg interfaces in this one?if so i am not able to edit it....

Any thoughts members?

If there is a dependency between 2 SWCV then it is not required to create again the interfaces. For e.g SWCV1 is dependent on SWCV2. If so, you can use Interfaces of SWCV2 in the SWCV1.

Just refresh SLD cache etc also

Hope this helps,

Hi,

I have my My Main SWCV 1, namespace1. SWCV2,ns2.

Under ns2 i created some abstract interfaces. did usage dependency, re-import,sld cache, after which under my main SWCV1, i see basis objects-->underwhich ns2.But i dont see the abract interfaces i defined. I tried to create a new one,but ca`nt edit. This is my problem.

Thanks.

Hi,

1) Can you try SLD cache,

2) Check whethere chosen BPM version is based on SWCV and namespace.

This might help you
