Total rookie needs help, self training as best I can

Coming into position of junior programmer soon, next to no trainingt at this point. Should start after first of year.

Manager suggested someone here might help with conversion of a sample report to ALV grid so I can compare the 2 and become familiar with some of the vernacular, appearance, code, etc.

If you can help it would be much appreciated. Not sure if I should list it here(it's not small) or wait for a contact from one of you...
