Check boxes disabled in Personalize popup- PCUI (CRM 5.0)

Hi All,

I am working with PCUI for CRM 5.0. Here, in the ATTACHMENTS tab of the applications:Leads, Opportunities, Activities and Accounts, when i click on the Personolize Link in the right top of the field list, a popup comes up with all the available fields. In the top of this popup, i have two check boxes, one for displaying filter and other for adjusing column width of the field. But, these two check boxes are disables for the Attachments tab <b>only</b>.

These two check boxes are enabled and working well for all list views in other tabs. But these are disabled only in the Attachments tab of all application.

Is there any way to enable these check boxes in the personalize popup of attachments tab? Please help me in this regard.

Vijay, I am not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, please elaborate on that to address your question correctly. Tiest.

Well, I will put it in a simple way.

There is a personolize link in the right top of the list of fields which is used for user personolization. On clicking this link, a small popup opens up listing all the available fields which can be made visible/invisible.

In the popup, above the fields, there are two check boxes(one for applying filter and other for adjusiting field width).

In all other tabs these check boxes are enabled. But in the Attachments tab alone, these check boxes are disabled. I need to make it enabled here also. Now guide me.
