Log In page of Apprasial document

Hi,

For the standard SAP appraisal BSP HAP_DOCUMENT, the login page is assigned in the error tab in transaction SICF.

The URL assigned over here is,

/sap/public/bsp/sap/system/login.htm?sap-url=<%=PATHTRANS%>&BspHandlerClass=CL_BSP_LOGIN_HANDLER&BspLanguageVisible=X

How do access this page from? Requirement is to make changes to this log on page. So how can we do about it?
