Hi:
Use this as last option to manually delete from H-Table.
GO to InfoObject change mode and click on Hierarchy Tab. Here, you will find the H-Table name. Copy it.
Run transaction SE14. Give the table name.
Execute.
Inside, you will fing a Button called Delete Table.

The only issue that you might have is that if the Hierarchy is used in any queries in BW, those queries have to be re-created/changes as they will not work.
Since you want to delete Hierarchy anyway, you still need to do that.
So, if you want to delete, you can go ahead and do it.
In case of any problems, you can load the hierarchy again, thake the hierarchy off the queries and then delete tables again.
