BSP error

I am beginner in BSP and trying to execute a sample progrm(example pgm given by SAP). But it display the following error page when I tried to give the respective URL in the browser.

    Hello,

    this error is due to the Faxt that you have not set up Full Qualified Domain name. You can not use the IP Address of the Server to access BSP pages.

    Please read the SAPedia in the Attachment of SAP note:
