Description of InfoObject in Query

Hi,

I have a little problem. I have changed the description of an InfoObject in RSA1. In my queries I have still the old description. Is there a way to update the description of my IO in all my queries ?

Hi,

The description does not impact the description in queries. The queries description in the reports can be given as you like. If the IO is used directly without using it in new selection or with other restrictions, the name given in the IO definition will be displayed in all teh queries used. Else you should change the description by going to each and every query.

Hi Aleksi,

If you do not have changed directly in your query the description of IO it must take directly the changes in RSA1.

Check if you have changed only long or short description and if the system is taking the other.

Another thing: if this IO is a navigation attribute you must change its description in father IO maintenance, tab attributes.
