Query Designing

Hi Gurus,

I need my BEx out put some thing like this.I had to put all my keyfigures in ROWs and the out put should be like this:

Total cost(Heading)

abc item

def item

-


Total Quantity(Heding)

abc item

def item

-


How to get that line inbetween.

Could anyone help me for that.

    Hi Satya,

    Achieving it the way you want may not be possible.

    Instead, you can put teh chat for items in rows and kf in columns which will give output as below:

    Item abc - Total cost - Quantity.

    Satya,

    Your total line would come out in yello allowing people to clearly differenciate the results... so do you eed a line in between ...?

    What AVR has said is easier... and also what do you ant to display in the columns... or you could look at having two separate queries and have the formatting lso done..

    Hi,

    Create a Structure and iNside that create a new Selection.

    name as space means(ALT+255).

    Nothing to drag in that Selection.

    You will get that blank line.

    Hi,

    sorry for that wrong answer ..this is the right way..

    Create a Structure and iNside that create <b>a New Formula.

    name as space means(ALT+255).

    =0.

    Now go to Query Properties and Display->Zero value Display->Show Zero as->ALT+255

    You will get that blank line.</b>
