How to find the status profile for the current service desk



i had created few new user status and is mapped to the current transaction type and the message is getting processed through the CRM_DNO_MONITOR. But, when i search for the ticket the SAP status is showing outstanding.

i require help in getting modified of the SAP status to user status or else, is there any mapping can be done that when ever the user status got changed to closed, the SAP status should also get to finished status.

please suggest.
