Hi,
I have a scenario where i shud not process some pernrs for the payroll run. There is an option to enter the pernrs that shud not go thru the payroll run. My qn is that if i have to omit say like 100 pernrs, do i have to manually enter all the pernrs?? Or is there some table/internal table which can be populated with all the pernrs for which i need not process the payroll?
Hi Sarika,
Thank you so much for the info abt importing from excel.
Cheers!

Hi Sarika,
I went thru your earlier post too and tried runing the pgm that was mentioned. In the selection screen, i am again getting only the sel-opts that i get in the payroll driver program, in which i can ofcourse give a range of values jus like normal sel-ops.
And regd the excel import method, again we have to enter the pernrs manually and then import it to our payroll processing logic rite? im looking for some automatic way in which these pernrs are flagged or something...
Is there any way to minimise manual work further?

Hi,
One way is set the lock indicator in IT0003 records for all those employees using standard program RPUTRBK0 for individual or bulk of employees.
Otherway is in payroll driver program RPCALCU0(For US) screen itself for personnnel number with multiple selection option you can exclude those employees.
Easy way is create an excel file & copy all the employees & paste in the exclude option of personnel number field using "Upload from clipboard" button in the screen itself.
Best method is the first one.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Sarika.
