Firefighter ID's are not visible

We are having issues with a few firefighter accounts not being visible to the users. We have validated roles are assigned to the accounts, owners and controllers are assigned. Sync jobs have been run several times, auth objects and roles have been compared. Looking for other areas to troubleshoot or if there is a known note that causes this issue. We are on version 10.1 and just upgraded to service pack 15.

Hello Amy,

Please Check the following:

  • If the roles are generated or not?
  • Delete the Parameter 4010 and reassign it.
  • Check if there is any authorization issue
