automatic conversion of planned order

Hi all,

My client wants to convert planned order to production order automatically.i am using strategy 40. Please let me know what are settings required to do that.if planned order to rpod. order is converted automatically, will there any problem else where?

Please let me know ASAP, AS IT IS VERY URGENT.
