No pricing procedure could be determined

Hi All

while creating sales order i am receiveing the message <b>"No pricing procedure could be determined"</b>. I have follow the following path SAP MENU>SALES AND DISTRIBUTION>MASTER DATA>CONDITION>CREATE

and create different conditions. now what i have to do for creating a sales order.

For pricing procedure determination check whether you have maintained proper settings or not?

Pricing Procedure will be determined based on the following key factors.

Sales OrganizationDistribution ChannelDivisionCustomer Pricing procedureDocument pricing procedure and Proposed pricing procedure .

have you down loaded condition master data from R/3 to CRM?

if so check for Pricing procedure determination in CRM under the following Menu path:

IMG->CRM->Basic functions->Pricing->Pricing in the business transactions->Determine Pricing Procedures.

Are you talking about CRM or R/3 SD?

Cause SALES AND DISTRIBUTION>MASTER DATA>CONDITION-->CREATE does not exist in CRM...(as is obvious by the name).

Anyway.....you have to configure pricing procedure in SPRO, SD -> Basic Functions -> Pricing. Then you'll see something like "Pricing Procedure determination" or something. When all is configured you need to upload this customizing data to CRM.

However, your question shows that you don't know much about condition technique, so you better read SAP Help on this topic before you proceed with your implementation.
