Where we configure the no of productive hours for employees in HR Masterdata.

i din't get exactly where we enter the productive hrs fr an emplyoee.

Is work schedule hrs are equal to productive hrs?

Productive hours needs to be configured in Attendances part of Time Management.

Try to search following node in IMG

Implementation Guide for Personnel Time Management -> choose Time Data Recording and Administration -> Attendances.

let me know if you are able to find the exact IMG node for attendance settings..
