Netweaver 2004S: How to turn off the Sounds?

Hello,

evertime when I click a Icon in the SAP-GUI I hear sounds. I don'nt know how I can turn them off. In "Customizing of Local Layout-Options" "Beep on Message" is switched off. What else can I check?

This is what was told to me, so I make no claim on the solution, but it worked

click on <b>Customizing of local layout</b> or (alt+F12) (the rightmost icon on the tool bar)

Select new <b>Visual Design</b>

<b>Audio</b> click on <b>off</b>

ps, the sounds were bothering me also.

Hi Gary,

thank you for your answer. That solved my problem Maybe I would have never found it by myself because I would not search for audio options under "Visual Design"

Hi Udo,

Steps :

1- Press Alt+F12

2- Goto Options

3- Interaction Design

4- Sound Settings

5- Disable "Activate Audio Signal"
